Our current Mid-Sized Traditional Squash Blossom necklace was made by Dine (Navajo) jeweler Lydia Begay. Lydia incorporates her signature “leaf and tendril” design in this necklace & earring set, combined with Tyrone Turquoise from New Mexico.

Lydia Begay grew up in Jeddito, Arizona, part of the western Navajo Nation. There, as a teenager, she learned traditional silversmithing techniques from her father and reservation school. She is a member of the Red water and Water’s Edge clans.
